Junior Production Designer (Print & Order Support)

Job Title:

Junior Production Designer (Print & Order Support) We are hiring a Junior Production Designer to support daily print production by preparing files, organizing DTF sheets, assisting with size runs, and helping process orders accurately and on time. This is a technical, execution-based role . The focus is on accuracy, organization, and following schedules , not creative design or concept work.

What You'll Do:

Follow the schedules on click up Set up and organize logos for DTF printing, as well as jersey template files Arrange files into gang sheets following SOPs Assist with size running and daily order preparation for sublimation Verify sizing, details, and placement against approved mocks Make adjustments in Adobe Illustrator (templates, sizing, proportions) Organize and name files correctly Follow production schedules and meet strict deadlines Flag issues before printing or production
