Position Overview As a Print Production at our Houston enterprise location, you will support clients by producing print materials, promotional items, signage, and bindery work. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Edit and prepare digital artwork (maps, presentations, brochures, booklets, event materials, signage, etc.) for print. Manage projects from concept through completion. Perform quality checks on all digital and printed output. Use Adobe Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office to prepare files for printing. Operate large-format and small-format printers, bindery, and finishing equipment. Assist with billing using company forms and Excel-based tools. Order supplies, manage inventory, and support mailroom duties. Required Qualifications (Must Have 2+ Years Experience) Experience with promotional products. Experience with large-format and small-format printing and finishing. Strong preflight skills and experience setting up print jobs. Excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving abilities and creative thinking. Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., paper boxes, paper rolls).
