Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of polyurethane foam, roof coatings, and other specialty products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am

• 2:30 pm, with overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays What's the Job?

Operate and set up machinery to initiate production cycles Control and adjust machine settings such as speed to ensure optimal performance Feed raw materials into mixers accurately and efficiently Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment What's Needed? Previous sit-down forklift experience and certification preferred Ability to lift 55-60 lbs regularly Understanding of production procedures and ability to read batch formulas Physical stamina to stand for the duration of shifts and climb stairs as needed Dependability, punctuality, and a flexible schedule to accommodate busy seasons What's in it for me?
