The Production Specialist ensures a smooth and positive experience for homeowners throughout their remodeling journey. Serving as the main point of contact, this role bridges communication between the sales representative and the production team, coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and addressing concerns from project onboarding through completion. Role Description and Expectations Project Scheduling Coordination Schedule siding, roofing, decking, gutters, and window installations based on contract review and production needs Communicate timelines and expectations clearly to homeowners Apply, track and confirm required Schedule final inspections as needed Coordinate logistics for materials, dumpsters, and portable toilets Maintain detailed project notes in company systems Collaborate with Field Managers to track progress, flag issues, and resolve scheduling conflicts Customer Experience Communication Identify job needs and order appropriately, make judgment calls based on project and business needs Collaborate and problem-solve with partners on the most effective solutions for jobs Ability to outsource and manage a 10-99 crew, use autonomy on what crews to use for job based on geography, complexity of the project and customer Set up site safety procedures to remain OSHA compliant Serve as the sales representative's primary contact, providing updates via phone, email, and text Address concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary Follow up post installation to confirm satisfaction before billing Step in to assist other production roles as needed during Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and accurate data entry habits Confidence in interpreting contract information to identify scheduling needs Calm, professional demeanor in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms Experience in construction, remodeling, or customer service preferred
