Job Description

Temporary Position Job Summary Operates robotics system, Perform all daily maintenance on electrostatic spray guns and related equipment, develop, implement, verify and document paint parameter settings for all applications, Perform Robot PMs, ie. change spray guns, check motors, air fluid calibrations. Ability to work with volt meter, paint applicators test stand, oscilloscope, solder equipment and welder. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete. Mark or tag identification on parts. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and cleaning of doors and frame components. Clean and lubricate equipment. Record information such as the number of products inspected, and dates and times of product production. Other assigned tasks at direction of Supervision. Education and Experience Profile High school diploma or GED certificate and/or industrial experience. These occupations often involve using your knowledge and skills to help others Required Skills Mechanical ability. Reading various dimensional mythology instruments.
