Overnight Production Operator πŸ“ Humble, TX 77338 πŸ’² $21/hour πŸ•’
Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Training on Day Shift Required) Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on material handling, supporting production processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and experienced in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and stage raw materials, including fibers, resins, and finished products Prepare materials for production (measuring, cutting, labeling, etc.) Monitor production processes and report defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and routine cleaning Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications Maintain accurate production and material handling records Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials safely and efficiently Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Assist with general housekeeping and organization of the production area Support additional manufacturing and warehouse tasks as needed Work Environment Industrial/manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and production materials Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Schedule & Training Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00
AM Training:
Candidates will train on the day shift before transitioning to nights Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane required Mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail Comfortable working in a physically active environment Commitment to safety and quality standards
