Not specified Overview Leave placeholder text here for recruiter to input Responsibilities Assist with RFQs related to pipe fabrication and coating Manage and process ISO transmittals Track and monitor RFIs, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation as needed Support overall production coordination efforts Monitor internal and external shop schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines Stay up to date on project progress and provide status updates when needed Enter and maintain fabrication cost data for reporting and analysis Assist with purchase order (PO) approvals Manage the production inbox, routing requests to appropriate team members Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF editing tools preferred Previous experience in production support, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
