Front Desk Coach and Member support Team Member

Position Summary Taylor Fitness is looking for dependable, people-focused individuals to assist with front desk operations, member support, and overall gym upkeep. This is an entry-level opportunity—no certifications required—but reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are a must. In this role, you'll be a key part of the daily experience for members by creating a clean, welcoming environment and helping operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and create a positive first impression Manage check-ins and assist with general questions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and trash removal Uphold gym policies in a respectful and professional manner Engage with members to ensure a great overall experience Support management and team members with day-to-day need Ideal Candidate Dependable, on time, and professional Friendly and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people Strong communicator with a service-first mindset Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods Team-oriented and accountable Gym experience is a plus, but not required.
