Process Technician

Job Summary Our client, located in Wilmer, is seeking skilled Process Technicians to join their growing manufacturing team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily equipment and process inspections to ensure normal operation and report abnormalities. Support and maintain manufacturing processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and train other team members as needed. Assist in troubleshooting issues, respond to incidents, and propose corrective and preventive actions. Accurately complete and maintain operational and maintenance records for relevant systems. Resolve reported issues promptly, following assigned work schedules and supervisor direction. Support engineers by providing on-site assistance and guidance during special operations. Collect and input quality data into MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and generate quality reports.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred. 1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems are preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and data analysis tools effectively. Shifts A
