Pre- Fab Associate

Pre-Fab Associate Pay Range:

$18-$21 per hour We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Fab Associates to support our control panel production team. This role is critical in preparing and assembling components prior to final panel wiring, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities Build and assemble subcomponents for control panels Mount devices and hardware according to specifications Cut, label, and prepare wiring for final assembly Organize and stage materials for production teams Ensure accuracy and quality of pre-fabricated components Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals and timelines Qualifications Basic electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to read basic diagrams or follow assembly instructions Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive tasks What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18-$21/hr, based on experience) Stable, full-time opportunity Hands-on experience in a growing production environment #IND1
