Silsbee Position Summary Alliance Industrial Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and structures for industrial and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications Install sheet metal systems such as ductwork, roofing, siding, and HVAC components Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Repair or replace damaged sheet metal structures and components Operate equipment such as shears, brakes, presses, and welding tools safely and efficiently Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or similar role in an industrial or construction environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with sheet metal fabrication tools and machinery Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments Valid drivers license may be required Skills & Competencies Mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency Strong teamwork and communication skills Time management and ability to meet deadlines Commitment to workplace safety Adaptability in fast-paced environments Working Conditions Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment May require standing, bending, lifting, and climbing for extended periods Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and career advancement Equal Opportunity Employer Alliance Industrial Group is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
