This position is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality apparel and promotional products. However, we are looking for a team player who is willing to assist in other areas of production when needed. At ASAP Printing Solutions, we believe in an "all hands on deck" approach. While screen printing will be your primary responsibility, team members are expected to assist with sign production, graphic installations, packaging, deliveries, and other production-related tasks to help meet customer deadlines and support company growth. We are a family-owned print and sign company that has proudly served the Rio Grande Valley since 2005. We value hard work, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Primary ResponsibilitiesScreen Printing Set up and operate manual and automatic screen printing presses. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for production. Perform color matching and quality control inspections. Troubleshoot printing issues and maintain production efficiency. Clean, maintain, and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment. Manage screen printing supplies and inventory. Production & Sign Shop Support Produce banners, decals, signs, and other graphic products. Weed, mask, laminate, trim, and apply vinyl graphics. Assist with packaging and preparing customer orders. Help load and unload materials and deliveries. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Follow work orders and production schedules with attention to detail. Installation Support Assist with sign and graphic installations as needed. Install window graphics, wall graphics, signs, banners, and vehicle graphics. Work on ladders and lifts when required. Travel locally to customer locations for installations. Qualifications Experience operating screen printing equipment preferred. Experience in a print shop, sign shop, or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors. Basic computer skills required. Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
