Maintain & Operate CNC Robotic Welder for first step in trailer fabrication.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ability to read and decipher engineering prints to high degree of accuracy Responsible for the set-up and operation of robotic welding equipment Responsible for minor machine maintenance (changing out consumables) Cleans and maintains work area according to 5S program every day Responsible for quality of product produced in his/her work area Material handling duties are required Performs quality inspection of welds Communicates clearly, promptly, and openly Keeps their supervisor apprised of issues related to daily performance Maintains discipline and a safe working environment Must be able to work overtime as required Must be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of production Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. but up to 65 lbs. on an occasional basis.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must possess the ability to read and understand electrical schematics/diagrams. Must possess the ability to use hand tools and power tools. Must maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have forklift experience.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Electrical Assembly:

1 year Mechanical and/or

Electrical:

1 year

Language Ability:

Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
