Job description Lease Operator Land - TX -
Position Summary:
The Lease Production Operator is responsible for monitoring and reporting on production and other pertinent information. The individual will be working in land based facility and multiple land locations. Background as lease production operator is must. Priority is given to ensure safe and environmentally sound operations in their area or responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• 14/14 Rotation. 7/10 Years Experience Production Lease on land operations. H2S experience a must, Salary D.O.E Clean Driving record. Operates, maintain, repair all facility equipment on a daily basis including but not limited to: material transfers incoming and outgoing, good housekeeping, parts and material storage, record/document keeping. Maintain production facility on land with moving material and tanks, storage devices, etc. Load and unload trucks to assist in production requirement. Operated and maintained production equipment as needed. Assured that all facilities are operating within regulatory contracts Monitored pumping equipment, treaters and tanks to ensure they are operating efficiently Operated engines and pumps in order to shut off pumps and motors according to production schedules. Performed routine maintenance on equipment. Monitored tank levels and ensured tanks are not becoming overloaded. Assist in logistics of incoming and outgoing trucks, trailers etc form plant location. Maintained daily communication with company representatives. Manually calculated and recorded production volumes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements to drive a company vehicle. Must pass a background check, MVR in good standing and undergo medical screening. Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.. Must be dependable and able to work over if necessary. Must work with little or no supervision, self starter. EMC offers full Medical, Dental and Vision to include STD/LTD and Life.
