This position involves a little bit of everything in the shop, so we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, stay organized, and work well in a fast-paced environment without spontaneously disappearing into their phone every seven minutes. Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment Operate embroidery machines Run DTF printers and heat presses Create and apply vinyl decals Help customers place orders in-store and over the phone Prepare artwork and production files Package and organize completed orders Assist with inventory and shop organization Maintain clean and efficient work areas Help with general daily shop operations Qualifications Printing or embroidery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working with computers and production equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail is very important Reliable transportation and punctuality required Preferred Experience Screen printing Embroidery DTF printing Vinyl cutting / decals Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW Customer service experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with the company Friendly and team-oriented environment Hands-on experience with multiple types of equipment and production If you enjoy working with custom apparel, printing, design, and production, we'd love to hear from you.
