Based in Rowlett, TX, our team of floral experts serves clients nationwide with an unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Location:
Rowlett, TX 75088 We are hiring a Resin Production Assistant to create high-end, heirloom-quality floral preservation pieces. This role blends art and technical execution . You will work hands-on with resin, color, and finishing to produce pieces at the highest standard in the industry. This is a fast-paced, production environment . You must be precise, consistent, and able to deliver flawless work under time constraints. Flower preservation experience is not required . We will train you in our proprietary process. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in: Painting (fine art or acrylic) Nail artistry (acrylics, gels, detailed work) Auto body or paint finishing Woodworking or furniture finishing Advanced resin work If you have an exceptional eye for detail and experience creating smooth, high-end finishes, you will do well here. What You'll Do Mix, pour, and manipulate resin for custom pieces Remove bubbles and control surface quality Sand, shape, and polish pieces to a flawless finish Dome and seal pieces with precision Identify and fix imperfections (clouding, uneven curing, surface defects) Maintain consistency across all pieces to meet

® standards Work within production timelines without compromising quality Organize and maintain inventory on all materials in the department Non-Negotiable Skills High attention to detail and steady hand control Experience with sanding and finishing (woodworking or similar) Experience with resin or comparable materials Ability to maintain quality in a repetitive, production-based role Work Environment Fast-paced, production-driven Requires wearing a mask/respirator for extended periods Hands-on, physical work (standing, sanding, repetitive motion) Detail-focused at all times Compensation $16-18/hour depending on hands-on experience Requirements 1-year commitment required Must sign NDA and Non-Compete What Will Disqualify You Hobby-level experience only Inconsistent or rushed work Poor attention to detail Inability to match color accurately Discomfort working in a production environment Application Requirements To be considered, please include: Photos or videos of your work Close-up images of finishes (this is critical) A short description of your process Final Note This is a high-standard role.
