Assembler - Job Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to join a production team in San Antonio. This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire opportunity within a clean, climate-controlled facility. Candidates will work in small teams assembling high-quality lighting fixtures used in commercial and residential applications. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install components using hand tools, air tools, and power tools according to work instructions and specifications Follow blueprints or written instructions to complete assembly steps accurately Fit, wire, and connect components as required Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper function Perform routine inspections on products and processes to maintain quality standards Identify safety concerns and report issues to leadership Support basic production equipment and facility maintenance as needed
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 year of assembly experience Experience using hand tools such as calipers and micrometers Ability to read blueprints or follow detailed work instructions Strong work history with a positive attitude and reliable attendance Ability to provide a manager or supervisor reference
Preferred:
