Temp RPM is hiring for an experienced production technician! Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to be part of something bigger? We're looking for reliable and motivated Production Technicians to join our fast-paced team. If you enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you. : Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment. Assemble products and components according to specifications. Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
What we are looking for:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
