Production Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Day Shift Supervisor or Night Shift Foreman (as appropriate) to determine and fulfill production requirements and assign/reassign team operators during the shift
• Prepare various production reports
• Participate in monthly safety meetings
• Monitor inventory of supplies needed to support production
• Drive forklift, if licensed
• Identify and request non-scheduled maintenance Requirements for

Production Team Lead:

• 5 to 10 years production experience desirable
• Able to speak and write English or Spanish
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
