- When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Wafer Process Technician to support the manufacturing of compound semiconductor devices in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment including coating, deposition, inspection, and metrology systems
- Perform wafer processing activities following standard operating procedures in a cleanroom environment
- Handle chemicals, chemical solutions, and waste disposal in accordance with safety requirements
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, equipment checks, and basic troubleshooting activities
- Document process deviations, support investigations, and assist with continuous improvement and new product initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical diploma in a science, engineering, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely
- Ability to wear cleanroom attire and required PPE throughout the shift
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
