Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring Production Operators for a global manufacturing client in Seabrook!
Pay:
$18.00/hourSchedule:
DuPont schedule (8-12 hour rotating shifts), must be available for overtimeJob Type:
Full-TimeMUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a federal background check
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate blending, packaging, and weighing equipment
- Set up and start production machinery
- Weigh and load materials per recipe specifications
- Monitor equipment for safe and efficient operation
- Troubleshoot basic equipment/process issues
- Maintain production logs and documentation
- Support training and continuous improvement efforts
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
