Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support wafer fabrication operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for monitoring and operating manufacturing equipment and software systems, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining compliance with security, safety, health, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cleanroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, operate, and interact with computerized manufacturing equipment and software systems. Evaluate production performance and promptly communicate any issues that may impact manufacturing operations. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and process efficiency. Perform extended periods of computer-based work with occasional walking and lifting. Adhere to cleanroom requirements, including wearing PPE and cleanroom garments for extended periods. Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and environmental management system guidelines.
Required Skills:
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software applications and systems. Minimum of six months of experience using Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills. Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fab environment with frequent movement in and out of cleanroom areas and regular use of PPE. Previous semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
Education:
