Job Description PRESS OPERATORMonday•Thursday4:00 pm•2:30 am 

ESSENTIAL

 JOB FUNCTIONSOperate production equipment (injection/compression presses, hoists, pallet jacks, etc.) Use measuring tools (scales, calipers, rulers) to ensure product accuracy Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including PPE Meet production goals while maintaining product quality and specifications Support preventive maintenance activities Ensure proper product identification and traceability Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors 

ADDITIONAL

RESPONSIBILITIESTransport materials as needed Maintain housekeeping standards Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies Work collaboratively in a team environment Assist with audits and other assigned duties Manage time effectively and meet deadlines 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 High school diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of related experience preferred Ability to obtain forklift certification Basic communication, computer, and math skills Ability to work with minimal supervision
