• Perform production and manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently
• Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production processes
• Use pallet jacks or forklifts when assigned to Shipping & Receiving roles
• Follow operational procedures, ITAR/ATF compliance standards, and company policies
• Wear required PPE including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and protective equipment
• Complete lifting and dexterity requirements during onboarding
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Support overtime and weekend production schedules as needed
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of prior production or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to stand for the full shift
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays when needed
• Must speak and read English
• Resume required with stable work history
• Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to long-term employment
• Must be eligible under

ITAR/ATF

requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)

• Must not be currently employed at or recently separated from a restricted facility without approval
• Must be able to work without jewelry on the production floor
• Must pass drug screening, background check, and physical assessments Pay $19.50
• $21.06 Per Hour Schedule Day Shift 5:45 AM
• 2:00 PM Swing Shift 1:45 PM
• 10:00 PM Grave Shift 9:45 PM
