Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools. Utilize forklift and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished products within the facility. Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process to ensure standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials. Support inventory management by tracking supplies, parts, and finished goods accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise. Qualifications Prior factory experience or manufacturing background preferred; familiarity with assembly lines is a plus. Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently. Warehouse experience is advantageous for handling materials efficiently within the facility. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
