ABOUT CAIT'S FIT BITES
Cait's Fit Bites is a small-batch, health-forward snack brand built on real ingredients — and we're growing fast. What started in a home kitchen is scaling into a commercial kitchen, and we're hiring our very first team member to grow with us.
THE ROLE
This is a ground-floor opportunity to be Employee #1 at a scaling food brand. You'll work directly with the founder, learn the full production process, and have a real path to grow as the company grows. This isn't a clock-in-clock-out job — it's a chance to be part of something being built in real time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Produce small-batch protein energy bites following our proprietary recipes Package finished product to brand standards Help fulfill and ship customer orders accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen environment Learn and follow all production processes as trained by the founder
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, punctual, and dependable — the team counts on you Coachable and eager to learn — no food experience required, we will train the right person Reliable transportation to drive to our commercial kitchen (location shared at interview) Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen tasks Takes pride in quality and consistency Positive attitude and genuine excitement about being part of a growing brand Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain before start date
SCHEDULE & PAY
Part-time to start: approximately 20 hours/week Hours increase as order volume grows — potential to reach 40 hrs/week $17-$20/hour based on experience Merit increases available as the company scales
