PM Responsibilities:
Daily Contamination Control:
Vacuum, sticky roll, and mop cleanroom floors, gowning areas, airlocks, and support rooms?paying close attention to edges, corners, and hard-to-reach locations.
Surface Sanitization:
Wipe down high-touch surfaces including stainless-steel benches, computer desks, chairs, racks, bins, carts, and equipment exteriors.
Gowning & Entry Maintenance:
Maintain entryways by removing trash, replacing sticky mat layers, and ensuring mats are straight, undamaged, and properly positioned.
Waste Management:
Collect and safely dispose of garbage from cleanrooms and locker rooms according to site waste-handling protocols.
Equipment Care:
Maintain assigned cleaning tools (checking vacuum hoses, changing bags) and keep the mop closet organized.
Deep Cleaning & Maintenance:
Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly deep-cleaning of walls, ceilings, vents, and windows. Support scheduled major machine cleanings where Maintenance Lockout is required.
Compliance & Documentation:
Follow all safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and company policies. Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of tasks performed.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI) activities and complete ongoing training.
Working hours:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and understand written materials (words, pictures, numbers). Basic computer competency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems). High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and tape measures. Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

To maintain contamination protocols, no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, acrylic nails, perfume/cologne, piercings, lip balm, lotion, or chewing gum are allowed. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including a cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, safety glasses, earplugs, high-visibility gear, and safety-toed boots
Lifting:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Hazards:
Comfort working around loud machinery/equipment and occasionally working from heights. Ability to work up to 12 hours a day with additional overtime as required to meet production goals.
