BioProcess Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Planner to support manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a controlled cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will follow Standard Operating Procedures and compliance standards while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements. Assemble products using written instructions, blueprints, and drawings. Accurately record data in Production Control Documents. Inspect in-process and finished products for quality. Engage in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and 5S activities. Assist with training and mentoring co-workers. Adhere to daily production schedules. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to follow complex procedures and adhere to Good Manufacturing Principles. 2+ years production experience preferred. Team-oriented with a collaborative work style. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (temperature: 60-70°F, humidity: >30%) up to 8 hours/day, overtime as needed. Willingness to wear cleanroom PPE (gloves, face and hair covering, safety glasses, no makeup/jewelry). Ability to grip, grasp, push, pull, and perform repetitive motion tasks. Stand, move, reach, bend, and stoop continuously. Ability to use hand tools and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted. Comfortable working with common chemicals and disinfectants (proper training provided).
