$18.10/hourly Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cookie Production Workers . In this entry-level role, you will assist with a variety of production line tasks in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. Key Responsibilities Perform various duties on cookie production lines Manually handle products during production and packaging processes Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and packaging standards Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (housekeeping) Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team Rotate between production lines as needed based on business demand Perform cupping and packaging duties on a conveyor belt system Separate and place paper cups Fill each cup with the correct number of cookies Use both hands efficiently and rotate positions along the line Lift materials regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs Work scheduled shifts, including most Sundays Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the entire shift Repetitive use of hands, arms, and shoulders Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs occasionally Qualifications Entry-level position
