Part-Time Production Team, Mon.-Thurs. 4PM - 8:30PM

Join the Casper's Ice Cream team and help produce our famous FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats. We are currently hiring for our part-time Production Team. Employees also enjoy access to factory seconds, giving you the chance to stock your freezer with some of your favorite products. Production team members support the manufacturing process by moving products from one conveyor to another and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth operation. This role includes loading ingredients and packaging materials into assembly equipment and placing finished products into boxes and cases for freezer storage. This job requires working around industrial machinery and strong electromagnetic fields. Employees are responsible for performing quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and are safe for consumers. The position also involves assisting with the weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment to maintain food safety and operational efficiency. This role requires standing for the duration of the shift, along with the ability to walk, bend, squat, and climb stairs as needed. Team members must be able to lift up to 55 pounds from floor to chest height approximately 20 to 40 times per day. The work also requires good joint dexterity in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers due to the repetitive nature of many workstations.

Schedule Swing Shift, 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This is a set schedule. You will work each day, Monday through Thursday Pay No experience? No problem! We will train you on the job with no experience necessary. Training pay starts at $18.00/hr., with potential to reach $22.00/hr. for top performers. Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety. Key Responsibilities Move product between conveyors during production. Monitor production lines and load ingredients and packaging materials into equipment. Package finished products into boxes and cases for freezer storage. Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company and food safety standards. Assist with the weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment. Remain on your feet for the majority of the shift while safely performing production duties. Work Environment This role requires standing for long periods, as well as walking, bending, squatting, and climbing stairs. Employees must be able to lift up to 55 pounds from floor to chest height approximately 20 to 40 times per day.
