Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Candy Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the production, packaging, and quality control of candy products while following safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor candy production equipment Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes Package finished products and label accurately Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous production or food manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and positive attitude Production/Manufacturing
