The ideal candidate has experience with large-format printing equipment, vinyl application, CNC routing, and design software. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Operate and maintain large-format printing equipment. Prepare, set up, and run print jobs according to production schedules. Operate CNC router machines and manage routing software, tool paths, and production files. Review and prepare artwork files for printing and routing. Apply vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces, including signs, panels, windows, vehicles, and specialty substrates. Weed, laminate, trim, and finish printed graphics. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and proper dimensions. Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and design files. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Use basic hand and power tools for assembly, installation preparation, and finishing tasks. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure project success. Qualifications Experience operating large-format printing machines . Experience applying vinyl graphics on various surfaces. Experience with CNC router machines , software, and file setup. Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar programs . Familiarity with sign manufacturing and production processes is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Preferred Skills Experience in the sign industry. Knowledge of materials such as ACM, acrylic, PVC, aluminum, and vinyl products. Experience with laminators, plotters, and finishing equipment. Bilingual (EN/SPA) is a plus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
