This role is essential for ensuring the efficient production and timely fulfillment of high-quality tactical gear. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Cut materials for production Trim and finish completed products Package products for shipment Ship orders to customers and dealers Learn sewing and full product assembly over time Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Qualifications Experience with sewing is preferred, not required Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent attention to detail Willingness to learn and take on new skills Positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship Added consideration given if candidate likes loud rock music and firearms
