Production Associate Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Assist with all stages of production, packaging, and order preparation Perform labeling, palletizing, sorting, and organizing of materials Run or support equipment as trained (department-specific tasks) Verify product accuracy and ensure quality standards are met Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Complete basic inventory, material handling, and documentation as required Support shipping tasks such as packing, staging, and preparing orders Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Learn and operate a forklift (experience is a plus but not required)

Production Associate Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or production experience preferred, not required Ability to follow instructions and learn multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance is essential Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods MUST be able to read tape measure We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
