Fast growth. Big opportunity. NonStop Distribution is looking for a full time Production Lead to help us build and scale a rapidly growing product company. We manufacture and distribute high volume retail products sold in stores across the U.S. We need someone dependable, mechanically inclined, organized, and adaptable who can help keep production running smoothly while growing with the company long term. This is not a "stand around and wait to be told what to do" job. We want someone who takes initiative, solves problems, notices details, learns fast, and takes pride in doing solid work. What You'll Be Doing Running and assisting with day to day production Operating production equipment and tools Packaging, organizing, inventory management, and fulfillment Helping maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues Assisting with workflow improvements and organization Jumping between different tasks as priorities shift Helping support general operations as the business grows Depending on your skill set, this role may also involve: Graphic design Product development Sales support Marketing and content creation Team leadership and management What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined Strong attention to detail Quick learner Self starter Reliable and consistent Organized and efficient Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Fluent in English Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working on your feet Able to adapt and wear multiple hats as needed Experience In Any Of These Areas Is A Plus Production or manufacturing Print shops or sign shops Equipment operation Warehouse or fulfillment work Graphic design Sales or customer relations Marketing or social media Small business operations Compensation Full time In person Utah based Pay based on experience and capabilities Performance bonuses and growth opportunities available Additional commission opportunities available for sales and business development support Why Join Us We are still a small company, which means the right person can grow with us in a major way.
