We're seeking a Screen Printer / Production Team Member to join our production team to further that mission.

Schedule :

Full-time, Tuesday

• Friday, 7:30am
• 5:30pm, 30-min lunch (4

Pay :

Starting $16.00

• $20.

00 per hour + potential raise at 90 days if satisfactory performance; Plus annual increases and advancement opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

— Assist team productivity and camaraderie to:

Print Excellence :

Handle all aspects of screen printing from setup to cleanup; operate manual and automatic presses (experience with Anatol auto presses is a plus).

Quality Assurance :

Monitor the quality of products, inspecting garments post-production against approved samples to ensure they meet design specifications.

Support and Versatility :

Actively support team members across all production stages, from pre-production tasks like screen making and ink preparation to post-production processes such as packing and logistics.

Collaboration and Growth :

Assist and train new team members, fostering an environment of learning and enthusiasm for the brand.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

:

Experience :

Prior screen printing experience strongly preferred; Most of our presses are Anatol auto presses, so specific experience with this is even better.

Competencies :

Able to type, use email, and use a ruler; Able to read and interpret in English internal and customer guidelines on sales order paperwork to correctly complete orders; High energy, proactive, and versatile; Trainable, able to work with minimal direct supervision in a lean, growth-oriented environment; Committed, reliable, with strong attention to detail; Passion for Huge Brands' core values

Physical :

Able to stand for long periods of time; Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

Education :

High school diploma or GED required
