We are seeking dependable Truss Builders and Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility that builds roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial construction projects. This role is similar to a production-style environment where team members work on assembly stations to measure, cut, assemble, and secure engineered wood components used in building construction. Responsibilities include reading basic production layouts, using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns, assembling truss components, stacking finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position in an indoor facility. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a production-driven environment with deadlines.
Requirements:
Construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required for entry-level positions) Must have reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Experience with hand tools and nail guns is a plus Ability to read basic measurements and follow build sheets is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and work in a production setting Strong work ethic and positive attitude
