This entry-level role works under direct supervision and supports production operations by handling materials, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to GMP and safety requirements. We are looking for an associate to join our swing shift 5/8 Schedule (MON-FRI 2PM-10:30PM). General Responsibilities Assemble and package molded products according to established procedures. Remove molded parts from machines and prepare products for inspection and packaging. Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Operate basic production equipment as assigned. Complete required manufacturing and production documentation. Follow production schedules and assist in tracking production quantities. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with equipment and workspace cleaning. Follow all safety policies, GMP requirements, and standard operating procedures. Report quality or production issues to supervisors or technicians. Participate in team efforts to improve production efficiency and quality. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions. Basic math and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under direct supervision.
