We are looking for someone who already has professional finishing experience and can produce consistent, high-quality results with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Spray and finish custom plantation shutters Prepare products for paint and stain application Perform sanding, touch-ups, and final quality inspections Maintain finishing equipment and spray booth Ensure color consistency and high-quality finishes Work efficiently to meet production schedules Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional painting or finishing experience Experience with HVLP spray equipment Experience in cabinet, furniture, millwork, door, shutter, or woodworking finishing preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Preferred Experience Wood finishing Conversion varnish, lacquer, or polyurethane finishes Color matching and touch-up work Manufacturing or cabinet shop environment Why Wasatch Shutter Design?
