WOODWORKING & PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

We build high-quality products for homes throughout Utah and surrounding states, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in building quality products. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Production Team Member, you'll be involved in various stages of manufacturing custom plantation shutters, including: Operating woodworking machinery and production equipment Building and assembling shutter panels and frames Sanding and finishing wood components Installing hinges, magnets, staples, and hardware Preparing products for staining and painting Moving materials through the production process Assisting with inventory and material handling Inspecting products for quality and accuracy Maintaining a clean and organized work area Working with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and has experience with: ✔ Woodworking equipment ✔ Production machinery ✔ Power tools and hand tools ✔ Manufacturing or assembly processes ✔ Reading measurements and following specifications ✔ Working with quality and attention to detail
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
The following experience is highly valued: Woodworking or cabinet shop experience Manufacturing experience Machine operator experience Finish carpentry experience Assembly experience Forklift experience (a plus) We are willing to train the right person, but applicants with woodworking and machine experience are strongly preferred.

Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to lift 25+ pounds regularly Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Strong attention to detail Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
