Job Description

We are looking for a Print Production & Fleet Specialist to join a cutting-edge Intelligent Platforms team in Charlottesville. If you have experience with high-volume production printers or managing a fleet of multi-function devices, this is your chance to step into a role that offers a stable 4-day schedule and a dynamic work environment.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesFleet Management & Technical Oversight Device Monitoring:
Provide daily oversight for a fleet of 30 Ricoh multi-function devices (MFDs) located throughout the plant.
Key-Op Maintenance:
Serve as the "Key Operator," performing basic technical tasks such as clearing complex jams, replacing consumables (toner, staples), and ensuring devices are calibrated.
Production Printing:
Directly manage and run the high-volume Print Production Center to meet the site s documentation needs.
Documentation & Reporting Detail Tracking:
Maintain precise records of print volumes, usage details, and device performance.
Maintenance Logs:
Document all "key-op" activities and technical interventions to ensure a clear service history for every machine in the fleet.
Inventory Management:
Monitor supplies for the print center and the MFDs to prevent downtime.
Field Operations & Physical Tasks Floor Audits:
Conduct daily walking tours of the entire plant to perform visual and functional checks on all 30 devices.
Heavy Lifting:
Regularly lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs, including large paper cases and high-capacity toner cartridges.
Troubleshooting:
Act as the first point of contact for plant employees encountering issues with the printing hardware.
