Charlottesville, VA (Onsite, free parking provided) About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to manage daily operations at our busy production print center. In this solo-person site role, you will be the go-to expert responsible for keeping our print and mail operations running seamlessly while acting as the primary face of customer service. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Print Production Experience:
Proven background running high-volume print production centers and handling copy/imaging services.
Fleet Management Skills:
Experience maintaining oversight, tracking documentation, and performing key-op details for a fleet of multi-function devices (up to 30 printers).
Physical Stamina:
Ability to walk the plant floor daily for equipment checks and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Professionalism:
1+ years of customer-facing experience with excellent communication and basic technical aptitude. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily mailroom, copy center, and scanning facility operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation around print and printer fleet metrics.
- Deliver top-tier customer service and manage vendor/client relationships daily.
- Keep office and print supplies efficiently stocked.
