Client Services Supervisor/Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support daily print operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations of a print production center and managing a fleet of 30 multi-function printers. This role includes monitoring equipment performance, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring efficient print production workflows.
Schedule & Pay:
  • Monday to
Friday:
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Pay rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and support print production activities
  • Monitor and maintain 30 multi-function printers (MFPs)
  • Perform routine equipment checks across the facility
  • Maintain accurate records of print jobs and key operator activities
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Provide customer-facing support and communicate effectively with teams
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of experience in print production, fleet management, or a related technical/B2B environment
  • Prior customer-facing experience required
  • Basic technical aptitude and understanding of print/office equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present information to small groups
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk the facility daily Apply Now!
