Inboden Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a wastewater treatment operator to support wastewater operations in King George County, Virginia. We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious professional with experience in wastewater treatment systems. Management of enhanced nutrient removal systems is required along with management of personnel. This facility is staffed 24/7. The successful candidate for this position should have 5 years of management experience to be considered. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret process control data collected and analyzed daily. Monitor system performance and instruct operational adjustments. Ensure routine inspections, sampling, and testing are performed in a efficient manner with accuracy and representation in mind. Ensure accurate operational logs and records are maintained. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations. Maintenance tracking software management-Maintain x is utilized and used to track all maintenance details. Personnel management. Excellent customer service, this position will be in direct contact with clients. Requirements Experience as a wastewater treatment operator. Experience with biological nutrient removal. Valid Virginia wastewater operator certification Class I or II preferred but depends on experience and knowledge. Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Mechanical knowledge.
