Job Description
PMC Inc. is a high-volume direct mail production facility. We print, cut, trim, fold and inserted mail projects with inserting machines and at a fast pace. Inserting machine operator positions are available. Production or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. Eligible candidates may be offered on-the-job training. High School diploma, GED, or the equivalent is required. Employees must be physically able to stand unassisted for an 8-hour shift, bend at the waist, stoop, and kneel. Employees must be able to lift and carry 5-25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Eyesight must be good and/or corrected for near and far distances. PMC is a drug-free and non-smoking facility. No vaping is allowed indoors. Responsibilities include following instructions from coworkers, understanding written directions and illustrations. Good attendance with punctuality is required to maintain employment. Multiple shifts available Monday through Friday (40 hours). Employees must pay attention to written job details and instructions, maintain high quality levels, and follow all company procedures and policies.
