1st and 2nd Shift 1st

5:30am - 4:00pm 2nd

Shift:

3:00pm - 1:00am

Job Responsibilities of Production Associates:

Open and unload boxes of frozen fish onto the production line Separate and sort portions evenly across conveyor belts Remove portions that do not meet size or quality standards Package fish into plastic bags and seal boxes using equipment Assemble boxes and prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping and disposing of waste Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Qualifications of Production Associates:

Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Must be able to regularly lift 50-66 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Adaptable to changing tasks and work areas Must not have a seafood allergy Willingness to work overtime as needed

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Production Associates:

Exposure to common allergens: fish, shellfish, nuts, eggs, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts Industrial setting may include cold temperatures, noise, and machinery Requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 66 lbs
