GENERAL FUNCTION
follows production schedule, obtains supplies for workstation and on continuous basis, assembles Foam Encased units according to GMS specifications. removes spring assemblies from packaging and prepares for Matt Build department area and removes packaging materials and/or other debris regularly throughout the shift. Completes any necessary paperwork or production related documentation in an accurate and timely manner when needed. Assists Matt Supply as instructed Cross trains as requested in other Matt Build/Tape Edge operations and/or other equipment or operations in order for the Plant to operate efficiently.
QUALIFICATIIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and understand basic English Good eye/hand coordination Good attention to detail and ability to work with hands Ability to move up to 60 pounds
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School graduate or equivalent Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
