Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced factory environment. This role is essential in coordinating assembly line activities, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality production output. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes. As a key leader on the production floor, you will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and uphold operational excellence to meet production goals. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Monitor manufacturing processes, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate efficient assembly and material handling. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions. Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure machinery operates at optimal levels. Manage inventory within the warehouse and manufacturing facility, including the safe operation of forklifts for material movement. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety standards across the manufacturing facility. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting, ideally with leadership responsibilities. Hands-on knowledge of assembly line operations, mechanical systems, and factory equipment. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely. Prior warehouse experience is preferred for effective material handling and inventory management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment. Previous experience supervising or leading production teams is highly desirable.
