Manufacturing Assembly Associate

$300 Sign on Bonus $300 Bi-weekly Perfect attendance bonus Protech Staffing is hiring production workers for a door manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and supporting press machines used in the production of doors. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift hours:

7am-3:30pm Must be flexible to work overtime - Pay is $15/HR 4pm-12:30am Must be flexible to work overtime - Pay is $18/

HR Responsibilities:

Operate press machines to bond and assemble door components Load materials into press equipment and remove finished products Monitor press cycles to ensure proper timing and quality output Inspect doors for defects and ensure quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and machine operation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (dust, noise, and varying temperatures) Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able lift over 70 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

Work Environment:

This position is based in a door manufacturing facility with a focus on safety, teamwork, and productivity. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
