Production Associate

Trinity Custom Apparel is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our growing team in South Hill, Virginia . Position Overview The Production Associate supports the daily manufacturing of custom apparel and promotional products. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities Assist in various stages of apparel production Operate production equipment (training provided) Inspect garments and finished products for quality Package and prepare orders for shipping Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and follow procedures Production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Steady work hours On‑the‑job training Friendly, team‑oriented work environment
